Wear-resistant epoxy flat coating flooring

1. Product features.
Seamless dustproof, wear-resistant and anti-slip, acid and alkali resistant, mold and water resistant, easy to clean, simple maintenance, bright appearance, various colors, simple construction and low price.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Garment factories, printing factories, toy factories, textile factories; electronics factories, screen printing factories, paper factories, warehouses, parking lots and other places without heavy pressure.
(2) Construction requirements.     
Base treatment: according to the condition of the ground to do the preparatory work of grinding, repair, dust control or scraping.
Epoxy primer: use permeability and adhesion of the strong epoxy primer for rolling once to enhance surface adhesion.
Epoxy putty: control the number of times of construction according to the actual needs, and require to achieve flatness without holes, without batch knife marks and sanding marks.
Epoxy topcoat: use solvent-based epoxy topcoat or non-slip topcoat for rolling for two times. After completion, the whole ground will be bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollow drums.
Construction completed: 24 hours before stepping. 72 hours before re-pressing, ( the temperature is 25℃ as the standard, low temperature open time should be moderately extended).
3. Caution.
Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.
Notes.
 This product is a chemical, swallowing is harmful or fatal, if swallowed should immediately seek medical advice. If splashed in the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately in serious cases. Pay attention to take precautionary measures, fire and explosion prevention, and the disposal of residues should comply with the safety regulations of relevant countries or local governments.
